How it all began...

I love to write, and have almost always been in the mood to write. When I was little, my English teacher had me read out my composition in front of the class because I wrote well. I guess it all started from there. Back then we wrote using pen and paper, and as you can imagine, we would need to carefully formulate our thoughts and sentences fairly well before we would start to write anything. Nobody would want to go crazy making corrections  all over the paper, right?! Then it got easier when computer was introduced. By then however I was starting to take break from writing any sort of essay or article as I was getting ready to enrol into engineering school. I was fully self-reliant financially throughout the university. That means I had no time to write because I had to work after classes everyday. But the truth was even if I had not chosen to struggle my way through uni it was unlikely for me to be able to afford writing with a computer although notebook computer had already become a common item in every student's school bag! I just had no spare money...!

So that was my story. Now that I have a steady job and income for few years, and own a notebook computer, I can start to write again easily on anything I wish at anytime! That is really neat. This blog will serve the purpose of being a space for me to write and express my thoughts. Often in a day few thoughts would surface. I will write about those worthy to be recorded. They are mostly about my view on life. Many friends have encouraged me to write about them because they have enjoyed reading articles I wrote in the past and few of them had actually benefited from reading them. I certainly hope that was not just because they like being my friends. :)

So if you like some help figuring out why life is the way it is, or if you are looking around for someone with similar encounters so as to see how she deals with them, or even if you are simply just wanting a friend in cyberspace, I welcome you to check out my blog "Just Mei Kee". :)
